Lamcast Refractories Private Limited Zimbabwe was registered in 2002, it is situated in the Midlands Province in Zimbabwe. it is a refractory company that has been supplying and continues to supply world class products to furnaces, boilers operations, Plant and Gold Mines as well as laboratories, Foundries and Power Plants.
Lamcast Refractories Private Limited Zimbabwe is a Refine of number 3 blast furnace at ZISCO, refurbishment of reheating furnace and a member of the American society of metals.

Lamcast Refractrories Private Limited Zimbabwe has a plant that occupies 5000 square metres of land. It has a crushing, milling, screening plant, furnaces for firing assay products and a laboratory where all quality checks are done. Lamcast Refractrories Private Limited Zimbabwe has a warehouse for storage of goods measuring 400 square metres.It has a staff compliment of 22 permanent staff members and employs +/- 20 % on contracts monthly.Lamcast Refractories P/L has won numerous awards in Zimbabwe including Zimbabwe Small Business of the year in 2016 to mention but just a few.
Lamcast Refractories Private Zimbabwe Limited now manufactures 11 products which consists of , Castable 1750, Castable 1600, Castable 1300, Fire clay ,sealing clay, Grouting, Normal duty bricks, Firebricks, Magnesite, Crucibles (8 Different sizes) and Cupels number 7 and 8. . The Company clients in Zimbabwe are subdivided into those specialising in Furnaces ,Kilms and Boiler operations which are Zimasco, Sable Chemicals , Zimbabwe Power Company, Steelmakers, Sino Cement, Forge Foundry and those specialising in mining Gold and Plantinum which consists of Unki mines, Zimplats, Rio Zim, Freda Rebecca Gold mine, Mimosa, Blanket mines, Cam and Motor, Thathile and Mupane Gold mines in Botswana.
The founder and the CEO of Lamcast Refractrories Private Limited, Lee Sithole has over 35 years of experience in Refractrories work. Having studied in the UK and worked for ZISCO for over 13 years before he persued his dreams of manufacturing refractory materials. He has contacts and relationships with the refractory giants such as Intocast South Africa, Refratechnik,Insimbi in South Africa to name a few.
